Although, it is much nicer looking than the Halo II, it is not much different from a hardware and software perspective. It is important to note that the 2700CE is expandable to three 2k cassettes where the Hyosung Halo II is only is expandable up to two 2k cassettes. We recommend the 2700CE over the Halo II since its much nicer looking for slightly more money and it has a more solid/secure feeling to it. Both are the best looking models from their manufacturers.
